Thursday 30th December 2010
Arrive to a warm welcome and unwind after your journey with Tea/Coffee and Shortbread in the Callants Lounge in front of our Traditional Coal Fire. Dinner will be served between 7.00 and 9.00pm in the Adam Room Restaurant

Friday 31st December 2010
Following a relaxed Breakfast in the Adam Room you have the rest of the day to pamper yourself. Why not take the opportunity to explore the colourful heritage of the Scottish Border towns? For the more energetic we can recommend some more excellent walks along the River Tweed. At 7.00pm join us in the Callants Lounge for pre-dinner reception of Bucks Fizz where you can listen to our local Scottish Piper.
At 7.30pm move through to the elegant Adam Room Restaurant to enjoy our Chefs four course Scottish banquet, after which you can dance the night away to the sound of Bill Richardson’s Ceilidh Band.
The New Year will be piped in by the Piper, after which Bill Richardson’s Ceilidh Band will strike up again.

Saturday 1st January 2011
No need to rise early as our breakfast will be served from 8am until 10.30am. In the afternoon stroll around the Historic town of Peebles or perhaps just relax in front of the Fire in the Callants Lounge. In the evening enjoy a three course evening meal served in the Adam Room Restaurant from 6.30pm followed by some light entertainment.

Sunday 2nd January 2011
Following Breakfast you have the remainder of the day to yourself. Why not take a short trip to Edinburgh for the start of the Sales? Dinner will be served in the Adam Room Restaurant between 6.30pm and 9pm.

Arrive to a warm Scottish Welcome and unwind after your journey with tea or coffee and homemade shortbread in front of a warm coal fire. Dinner is served from 7pm through until 9pm.

Friday 24th December 2010
Following a relaxed Breakfast in the Adam Room you have the rest of the day to pamper yourself. At 6.30pm – 7.00pm join your fellow guests in the Callant’s Lounge for an informal drinks reception of Bucks Fizz followed by a Candle-lit 3 Course evening meal in the Adam Room Restaurant, between 7.30-8.00pm.

Saturday 25th December 2010
After a leisurely Breakfast a traditional Yuletide Lunch followed by Mince Pies and Coffee will be served between 12noon and 3pm. In the afternoon stroll around the Historic Town of Peebles or perhaps just relax in front of the fire in the Callants Lounge.
Chefs Festive Buffet Dinner will be served in the Adam Room from 7.30pm.

Sunday 26th December 2010
A leisurely breakfast will be served today between 8am and 10am in our Adam Room Restaurant.
